Unfortunately I must soon stop posting edited excerpts from the absolute best financial, economic, investing and gold & silver articles that the internet provides on munKNEE.com (Your Key to Making Money!) due to failing health. I began the site almost 6 years ago to provide financial web site aficionados (like myself) a go-to site that only provided articles selected for their considerable substance which were then edited into a format that enabled the visitor a fast & easy read.

The site has turned out to be a resounding success with it surpassing 350,000 pageviews in November, 2014 (traffic fluctuates monthly depending on the popularity of the articles selected for posting). Since being diagnosed with cancer I have been spending much less time working the site and traffic has fallen off as a result but the concept and track record suggest that new stewardship is all the site needs to get back to where it was and then to continue onwards and upwards.

I would like to put it in the hands of someone who is committed to seeing the site's one-of-a-kind concept continue and to developing the site even further to reach its full potential.

I would also like to put the site in the hands of someone who truly appreciates the merits of the site as a major contribution to the financial site genre and NOT primarily as a financial venture to make money from advertising on the site. Yes, net advertising revenue of $250-$1,500/mo. is generated from the site (depending on monthly traffic) on a monthly basis but any involvement in munKNEE.com should be one of a labor of love and commitment not one of financial gain. Over the years I have approached the site as a hobby and see the money the site generates as primarily covering the expenses of administering the site (including newsletter - see sample here) and would want any new partner to be so inclined as well.
