Wanted! The right person to GIVE my very successful financial site to. Ideally, the individual will: - have the time (i.e. be retired) to devote 2-4 hours each and every day to:
- maintaining the site,
- selecting appropriate articles for re-posting,
- and publishing a bi-weekly newsletter,
- have sufficient technical abilities to act as web master and
- grow search engine referrals
- and social network activity,
- have the interest and ability to edit and abridge articles selected for posting.
I have been doing the above on my own over the last 9 years and have developed a large monthly readership (30,000+) but, due to ill health, would like to GIVE the site to someone who can continue with the tradition. The chosen person would: - keep 50% of all incremental income generated as a result of their efforts for the first year,
- earn 51% of total gross revenue in the second year and
- assume 100% ownership - and revenue - at the beginning of the 3rd year.
